ExecuJet MRO Services will use our resources and expertise to do everything possible to assist your needs.

Our operation continues, however with the local Dubai and UAE government’s call to reduce staff in the workplace, and to promote further social distancing measures thereby minimising risk to our staff, we are now continuing with our two-shift system but we are back to regular working hours – 8 hour shifts.

Any DWC requirements will be supported from DXB.

Due to this over all action, there will be a reduced manning in the facility so please allow for some delays in response.

We continue to work with the OEMs and industry partners with regards to shipping of parts and material which is also likely to be affected by the severe slowdown in commercial air traffic.

It is possible for aircraft to arrive into UAE for maintenance with strict limitations for passengers and Crew Layovers. For Maintenance aircraft arriving (reference 9(a) of SD-2020-01 attached), the GCAA have clarified that the MRO must coordinate the arrival/departure with the GCAA FOA in order to gain approval.

Aircraft arriving into maintenance will be subject to a disinfection process by a Dubai Municipality approved aviation cleaning company following the manufacturers guidance before commencement of any maintenance work.  This process will again be repeated on release to ensure the protection of our customers.
