ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East Completes Full Cabin Refurbishment on Embraer Legacy 650 Aircraft

DUBAI – ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East (ExecuJet), has completed a full cabin interior refurbishment and livery paintwork on an Embraer Legacy 650.

The project is significant in that it reflects how Dubai’s aerospace ecosystem has evolved to support complete cabin refurbishment and aircraft painting can now be done in Dubai, rather than the work being outsourced to overseas MROs.

The cabin refurbishment included a full revarnish of the aircraft’s cabinetry, carpet replacement, as well as the re-covering of the dado panels, overhead panel, sidewalls and ceiling. All metallic parts were replated to match the new colour palette. The cabin seats were fully redesigned with a modern aesthetic and reupholseterd with new foam and leather. This was performed in coordination with Embraer and the seat manufacturer, to ensure full compliance with the Regulator’s safety standards for 16G aircraft seats. The final result is a luxurious contemporary cabin finished to the highest standards, with attention to the finer details, in textures and colours that harmonise naturally with the aircraft’s new exterior livery.

ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East operates a purpose-built 15,344m² air-conditioned facility that provides full-suite MRO capabilities for a wide range of aircraft types, including those from: Dassault Aviation, Bombardier, Embraer and Hawker.
