Being an Authorised Service Centre means Embraer operators\u00a0can be assured that the aircraft are serviced by the best qualified and factory-trained engineers in the industry with the manufacturers backing,&#8221; says Grant Ingall, Regional Vice President Australasia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs an Embraer Authorized Service Centre, ExecuJet is also able to process Embraer Executive Care and Warranty claims for spare parts and labour directly with Embraer, making the process seamless for our customers,\u201d he adds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOver the years quality and customer service have been at the core of our business and we have increased our maintenance capability\u00a0by investing in tooling and training\u00a0on the Embraer range of business jets.\u00a0\u00a0Our experienced team now regularly perform the heaviest 12-year interval inspections and landing gear overhaul projects, under a number of airworthiness authority approvals, for the Legacy family.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>ExecuJet is certified to work on the Phenom 100, Phenom 300, Legacy 450, Legacy 500, Legacy 600, Legacy 650 and Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the company\u2019s recent work on Embraer aircraft includes a 60-month scheduled inspection on a Legacy 500 performed at its Sydney facility. The Legacy 500 is a relatively new aircraft type and this was only the second time in the world that a 60-month inspection\u00a0had been undertaken.\u00a0The workscope required removal of the aircraft interior to gain access for structural inspections. The project went very smoothly and was delivered on time.\u00a0ExecuJet\u2019s Sydney facility has maintained this Legacy 500 since\u00a0new in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, ExecuJet\u2019s Melbourne facility, which is based at Essendon Airport, completed a 48-month inspection on a Legacy 650\u00a0and a 48-month Inspection on a Phenom 300.
