ExecuJet Aviation Group in Australasia is celebrating its appointment as an ACR Artex Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) Battery Replacement and Programming Center, marking the latest addition to the group\u2019s expanding suite of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for business aviation.<\/p>\n
The new battery service capability has been added to ExecuJet\u2019s Certificate of Approval from Australia\u2019s Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), enabling ExecuJet to complete ACR Artex ELT battery maintenance and provide a CASA release certificate from its bases in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.<\/p>\n
The approval is the latest in a series of MRO service enhancements in the past 12 months that have significantly expanded the support ExecuJet offers aircraft owners and operators in Australasia.<\/p>\n
In October 2014, ExecuJet was issued a CASA Part 145 Certificate of Approval, which enables ExecuJet to support Regular Public Transport (RPT) operations and complements the group\u2019s Civil Aviation Regulations(CAR) certificate.<\/p>\n
In June 2014, ExecuJet in Australia was appointed as a Rolls-Royce Authorised Service Centre for BR710 and BR725 engines, enabling the group to support aircraft including Bombardier Global Express and Gulfstream GV, G550 and G650 business jets.<\/p>\n
The group also provides Maintenance Control services for flight departments who need a CASA-approved Maintenance Controller, tapping ExecuJet\u2019s global expertise in regulatory compliance management. Operators of N-registered aircraft also value ExecuJet\u2019s FAA Foreign Repair Station Certificate that allows the group to perform required biannual FAR 91.411 and 413 altimeter and transponder checks.<\/p>\n
