SUPERVISOR - FACILITIES & SECURITY
DESCRIPTION

ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy, based at Lanseria International Airport.

The main objective of the position is to effectively coordinate all facilities related functions, ensuring compliance to safety and security standards, as well as coordinating the drivers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensuring efficient maintenance and functioning of the buildings, structures and grounds
  • Ensuring efficient safety and security measures to the overall facility
  • Ensuring efficient and productive functioning of driver staff compliment
  • Maintaining and improving of department personnel skills, morale and growth
  • Assist with ad hoc task as assigned by the relevant manager
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • 3 - 4 Years experience in Facility Management and Supervision
  • 2 - 3 Years exprience in mantenacne procedures and service level agreements
  • 2 - 3 Years experience in financial and administrative tasks related to facilites management
  • 2 - 3 Years experience in safety and security policies and procedures
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of responsibility and client focused
  • Professional approach towards allocated duties
  • Self-discilined, with good planning and organising skills
  • Ability to adapt (being flexible) to working conditions
