DESCRIPTION

ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy, based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The main objective of the position is  to ensure that the Engines and Component department functions operate efficiently and effectively within the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • A high standard and quality of maintenance and support is delivered and maintained
  • Maintenance capabilities are maintained at the highest standards
  • Ensure business growth
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
  • Financial objectives are maintained and achieved as per annual business plan
  • Maintaining and improving of division personnel skills, morale and growth.
  • Sales and marketing
  • Ensure that the optimal efficiency and cost effectiveness of the engines and component departments are maintained
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Grade 12
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Relevant AME licenses
  • Relevant Managerial/Business Management qualification (preferable)
  • 5 Years experience as a Manager in the Aircraft/Aviation Industry
  • 5 Years experience as a Qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Engines)
  • 5 Years relevant sales and marketing experience (preferable)

Desirable

  • Relevant qualification
