Position title
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (DUBAI)
DESCRIPTION
ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy based in Dubai.
The main objective of the position is to develop and maintain the MRO customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure Customer concerns and complaints are heard and actioned
  • Draft and coordinate the MRO Aircraft Maintenance Service Agreements ensuring they are reviewed and up to date
  • Establish communication with new customers and co-ordinate travel/meetings where possible
  • Assist the maintenance team to understand the customer requirements both commercially and regulatory
  • Monitor and provide inputs to the business to achieve growth enabling a healthy and satisfied customer base
  • Seek and promote opportunities to expand on services and products offered
  • Customer liaison through regular visits and meetings
  • Ensure that customer receives regular feedback on progress of Proposals and work inputs
  • Follow up on Customer surveys
  • Provide commercial assistance to the billing and planning teams
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Strong maintenance background with a working knowledge of Part M/CAMO Organisation requirements.
  • Understanding of Regulatory Standards such as EASA/FAA and GCAA
  • Familiar with the principles of Safety Management Systems

Experience

  • Min 10 years in a business aircraft maintenance environment and or CAMO organization

Desirable

  • Min 5 years as Qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Technician, and or
  • Min 5 Years in a Similar role
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Good Interpersonal skills/building effective relationships
  • Good written communication skills
  • Must be Microsoft Office Literate (Word/Excel/Outlook)

Desirable

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
  • Working Knowledge of Q-Pulse QMS
